Approval Is Possible on Auto Loans for People with Bad Credit

I never would have believed I could get approved for credit with my history. I never bothered to shop around for auto loans because I had a car.  After my divorce, I struggled to pay off bills and try to rebuild credit, but just couldn’t make the rebuilding happen.  For years I stressed what would happen if the car I had just finally fell apart on me or needed a repair more expensive than it’s worth.  Two weeks ago, those fears came true.  Faced with whether to replace the transmission, not to mention put on four new tires, I decided it was time to put it to pasture, so to speak.  I knew I could  manage to get rides from co workers, friends and family for a week or so, but anything longer would be a real nuisance.  Expecting the worst, I just bit the bullet and applied.  Now I know all the ads claiming we finance anyone are sometimes true!
