Gregory is upset that the circuit board is not functioning like it should. Gregory had Gerald fix the board last month and now it is not working again. Gerald told Gregory that perhaps they need to purchase a new board. Gregory decided to call a different technician. The new service was able to come out and test the board and did a circuit board repair very quickly. The service technician told Gregory that the original repair was not done right and that is why it went out so soon. Gregory is glad that he called for another opinion and has gotten it fixed.
