My home is a representation of my family and I. There are so many different things that describe us and our fun, easy going style. My husband and I want to do our part when it comes to the environment.  We have installed energy efficient appliances in our home and have also purchased a solar energy panel to generate electricity.  We bought a rain water tank to conserve water and we drive a hybrid vehicle.  There are so many things that you can do in an effort to go green.  We have always recycled and we are more conscious about it than ever before.  If everyone dd a little bit, it would make such a difference.  I am trying to let people know that it is easier than they think.

My Personal Wooden Shed

I have had a wooden shed in the garden for a few years now, since wooden sheds are great for storage and for gardening sheds. My husband and I thought it would be a good time to give our wooden shed a facelift. I took some time clearing it out and reorganizing the things inside as there were times when I just shoved my gardening tools there. After straightening out the inside, the shed really looked like a garden shed. For the outside, my husband and I decided to paint it with cheery yellow and white stripes. That really looked good amidst all the greenery. I added a trellis on one side so that my creepers can grow on it. And my husband put up wind chimes one each corner of the shed. That wooden shed looks really fantastic now.
