On How to Stay Healthy This Coming Summer

Summer’s on the way, and even though we’ve suffered enough with a horrid winter in the United Kingdom, the summer can be equally punishing if we’re in a for a hot one.  You should make sure you keep hydrated throughout each day – drink plenty of water.  I recently bought a single door bottle cooler for my conservatory which I keep stocked up with icy cold water bottles.  Also try to stay out of the midday sun.  You can top up on vitamin D nicely in the morning and late afternoon so don’t worry about missing out on the health benefits sunshine gives us.
