Sitting in front of the computer for long hours at work can lead to back pain. Though you cannot avoid working, you can certainly avoid back pain for sure.

To avoid back pain at work, staying fit is a must. People who are unfit are more susceptible to back pain, get your daily exercise or take a walk to keep fit and fine. If your job is more of sedentary nature, then try moving around after every few hours. Also, ensure that you are not seated in the same position for long. Make small changes to your position and break the monotony.

Avoid back pain at work and your performance is sure to go a notch higher.
