Recently Read About Colon Cleansers

I picked up a magazine and started flipping through it. I read an interesting article about colon cleansers. The article listed all of the health benefits. One of the things that I wanted to talk to my doctor about, which was on the list was irregularity. I mentioned to my doctor trying something like that and he said he would definitely suggest that I try it and hopefully that will be the first and only step that I need to take.
