Where Do I sign Up For Satellite?

I really need to know where you go to apply for Satellite TV Service. I am not sure if it hard to get installed, or fairly easy. I know several people who have the dishes out in their yard, so it must be pretty popular. I don’t watch allot of television, but I do like to watch the news, and some of the programs on the discovery channel. I hope I can find where you do go to sign up for satellite. I think it is the only service that will work for me out in the country. I know that cable does not run all the way out to where I live.
