looking for the best air conditioners is based on more than finding the most expensive one. I spent a ton on an air conditioner that did nothing but peter out. It was under warranty and replaced twice. Looking online I saw others were plagued by the same issues. What really upset me was that I usually do my research before spending money and in this case, I allowed myself to be swayed by the salesperson. Savvy shoppers know you have to look into products before spending your money. I will never make that mistake again. I researched the new one I have and so far no problems.
