Cookbooks and Dutch Ovens

My husband got me a ton of cookbooks for my birthday last May.  I am pretty sure that was his not so subtle way of telling me that my cooking needs some serious improvement.  I finally decided to sit down and see if there were any recipes that I could actually follow.  There were quite a few that interested me, but they all needed to be cooked in a dutch oven.  I had no clue what one was.  So, I went online and found a site that sold them.  I decided to buy a le creuset dutch oven right then and there.  I’m looking forward to some new cooking experiences.
