February 15, 2010 on 3:14 am | By admin | In Home | Comments OffI have had our house plans set up and ready to be approved for months now and I just haven’t had the money to get them done by a good enough contractor. But, now that I haven’t gotten it done yet I’m thinking I am going to make a few changes. Big changes. I was originally going to make our home out of timber frame, but I am thinking I am going to make it a post and beam home. I’m thinking it will be a lot more money but when I get my house plans approved I will be able to work on it and get the loan I need.
