Landlord insurance should be a wake up call to all landlords today. Buying property for such an investment is very expensive hence should be worth every dime put into the investment. To achieve this landlords have to ensure that they insure their property so as to avoid losses that may cause them to start from scratch, landlord insurance is like a back up system in case things go wrong, the same way cars have spare tires in case of punctures which are unexpected but are bound to happen either way.
