Trying to Increase My Spanish Vocabulary

I have picked up a few words here and there but I really don’t know enough to hold a real conversation. I am thinking of getting some Spanish CDs that help you with this. Can anyone recommend some good ones? I also need to learn about grammar as well. A full Spanish course would be nice, as long as it has CDs as a component so I can listen to them while I am doing other things and increase the time that I spend working on learning the language. As far as I am concerned the sooner I learn the better.
