Abdominal obesity, also known as belly fat, is the accumulation of visceral fat resulting in an increase in waist size. There is a strong relation between central obesity and cardiovascular disease but we have to get rid of Belly fat. Visceral fat, also known as Intra-abdominal fat, is located inside the peritoneal cavity, as opposed to subcutaneous fat which is found underneath the skin, and intramuscular fat which is found interspersed in skeletal muscle.
