Teaching my child to read through other methods

Teaching my child to read is possible through various methods. A single method can never be helpful and effective. A combination of one or more will help the child to develop reading skills. Get a membership at the nearest library and take your child quite often. Frequent visits to the library and his time spent among the books will itself develop an interest in him to read. Understand the reading level, of the child by talking to his teacher. Understand the child’s favourite author and books and gift the child with those. Also, set some reading goals for the child and observe his growth ladder.
