My Niece Sent Me A mail attachment

She loves to send me email, and today she sent me one with a mail attachment on it. I hate to say that I was kind of confused on how to even look at that. My Niece told me that it is quite a bit easier than I may think, and she told me how. She also said that with the great software on my computer I need to take advantage of it by visiting the website she recommended to learn more about all this stuff.
